1. How do I place an order?

  • If you do not have an account with us, please click here to register an account.
  • Select the item that you would like to purchase, click 'add to cart'.
  • Before confirm your order, carefully review the item, size, color, quantity and total amount in your cart.
  • Fill up your shipping address (name, contacts, email and billing address) on the checkout page.
  • Complete your order via ATM / Bank Transfer.
  • Once payment has been made, kindly please attach your Bank-in-Slip within 1 day by following the steps below:

          1. Click on My Account

          2. Select the correct Order Number

          3. Attach with your Bank-in-Slip > Uploaded!

          That's it! We will then proceed to prepare for shipment :)
          You should receive an email containing your order number and tracking ID once you've complete your order.

2. What will happen to unpaid orders?

Any unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 1 day without prior notice given. 

3. How long will it takes to receive my order?

  • READY STOCK (in stock item)
    Our dispatch team will take 1-2 working days after cut off date displayed on our website announcement bar (right on top) to pack and arrange for dispatch of your parcel.

  • BACKORDER (item that is temporarily out of stock)
    All backorder items are expected to arrive in 3-4 weeks (no rush order). We will deliver your parcel once your items in your order are ready. 


  • PREORDER (item that have to place order before it is available in stock)
    All preorder items are expected to arrive in 3-4 weeks (no rush order). We will deliver your parcel once your items in your order are ready.

    West Malaysia (WM) - To receive in 2-3 working days after dispatch of your parcel.
    East Malaysia (EM) - To receive in 7-10 working days after dispatch of your parcel.
    Singapore (SG) - To receive in 5-7 working days after dispatch of your parcel.


    **Due to China lockdown in certain area recently, some of the backorder/preorder items is expected to be delayed. Appreciate for your understanding before you drop your order :)

4. Do you provide self-pickup or COD?

  • Unfortunately, we currently do not provide self-pickup or COD. Only standard shipping is available.
