• Strictly no refunds or exchange once payment is made, unless the item purchased is out of stock.
• For all Preorder/Backorder items usually takes 3-4 weeks but no refund is allowed if it takes longer period to arrive. This is due to the fact that we are unable to control or guarantee on the expected delivery date which followed by the supplier factories that has led to the unforeseeable delays.
• We do not accept any forms of return or refund requests upon receiving products.
• We only accept returns and exchanges for items that are caused by obvious defections.
• Activewear are strictly non exchangeable nor refundable due to hygienic issue.
• Once the order is placed and confirmed, no exchange of size or returns in terms of buyers' negligence in buying the wrong size that unable to fit them since all the measurements are stated clearly in the product description.
• Kindly remain the tag on the product, ensure the product is still in the same condition upon receiving and NOT being washed in order to return/exchange.
